Start-Up Training
Your franchise business investment includes a pre study course plus 2 weeks of intensive training at the ServiceMaster Clean Academy in Leicester. There, you will receive training in business management, sales and marketing, and the use of our proprietary software.
In addition, we instruct new franchise owners about the equipment, cleaning products, and processes involved in providing cleaning and restoration services. After the two-week Academy, you will have the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to run your business.
Ongoing Training
As you grow your business, our regional workshops, specialised training courses, and other ServiceMaster Clean training resources will continue to provide training opportunities for you and your employees.
