Yes, you may sell your franchise at any time you choose. Although we are looking for longer term relationships with our franchise owners. These businesses tend to be easy to sell as they are based on a contract basis with  high gross profit. Head Office reserves the right to approve the new owner. (Approval will not be unreasonably withheld).
