Franchise Investment

The two elements of investment in the Franchise are:

The Franchise Licence which includes a comprehensive Training Programme involving home pre-study, on-site training, and  two weeks of classroom training  as well as business launch assistance and ongoing support.

 

You will need a franchise investment of £10,000

 

The Equipment Package which includes all the software and equipment necessary for four, two-person teams to operate fully, as well as stationery, business cards and promotional materials - everything you need to get going.

Investment £6,248

 

This is a total of £16,248 of which a minimum of 30% (£4,874) must be found by the franchisee.

 

The balance of £11,374 can be financed by one of the major banks (subject to status).

 

Financial Support
As a BFA registered franchise, all the major banks will fund your investment (subject to status). They currently offer up to 70% financing of the initial fee and equipment package plus an overdraft facility to cover the VAT subject to credit approval. A business plan and spreadsheet will be created on your behalf and presented to at least 2 major banks of your choice to raise the necessary finance.
