The franchise fee includes: New owner training at our European Head Office in Leicester (hotel and meals), exclusive Merry Maids computer software, start–up equipment for 4 teams, cleaning products for approximately 12 months, operations and marketing manuals and an initial marketing package.
 
 
 
Yes– Merry Maids, a member of ServiceMaster, is able to offer financing assistance through most major banks based on your individual credit history and assets. Normally 70% of the total can be financed.
 
 
 
7% of gross sales is levied.
 
 
 
A flat fee of £25 per month is levied for national promotion.
 
 
 
Yes – each franchise has an area, which is determined by the population and demographics (age, income, type of dwelling etc).
 
 
 
The business is typically a 5–day week– Monday to Friday– operation. It may, however, be necessary to fulfil in–home estimates in the evenings or on Saturdays since the majority of our clients work.
