Startup
Prior to starting the Training Academy, each franchisee completes a pre Study Course. Once on the Academy, new owners undergo an intensive, two-week, hands-on curriculum that develops target skill sets and integrates them into the services you will provide. Attention is also focused on actual business startup, marketing, customer acquisition and retention.

 

After graduation from the Training Academy, franchisees may want to participate in a Mentoring Program that pairs experienced franchisees with new owners in the same general service area. The purpose is to press new skill sets into use while developing customer acquisition. Additionally, there are opportunities to enhance skills through Regional Meetings. These gatherings provide owners with the opportunity to network, solve common problems, and master new skills and techniques.
