Health & Safety Compliance
We are fully conversant will all heath & safety issues that must be followed when working on construction sites. Wearing the correct personal protective equipment, following designated working procedures and undertaking full risk assessments prior to coming on site are all part of the package that we offer.
Full documentation
We are a certified CIS certificate holder and hold the relevant insurance to work as a preferred supplier to all construction companies. We have a company wide health and safety policy that is adopted by all employees. We are also familiar with the requirements and constraints placed upon construction companies by clients, local & central government and other external organisations and can work within agreed frameworks. We are happy to provide copies of the relevant documentation when required.
A typical site clean may include
- Label removal
- Floor cleaning (including roto)
- Window clean
- Window frames, sills, skirting boards
- Light switches and sockets
- Kitchen cupboards inside and out
- All kitchen surfaces and sinks
- All bathroom and cloakroom fittings
- Washing down external frames
- Washing down all wall tiles
- Clean and disinfect toilet bowls and hand basins
- Clean and polish all chrome fittings
- Damp wipe all ledges, skirting, pipe work, cisterns and radiators
- Removal of paint/plaster
- Door thresholds
- External doors and frames
Regular Site Cleans
Once a project is underway the site offices and facilities for site workers still need to be cleaned. ServiceMaster can help with this and ensure that a level of cleanliness and order is maintained throughout the period. We can provide weekly cleans of site offices and toilets and become part of the site team throughout the whole project!
